 u will get an introduction to IDA ICE.&nbsp\;For all seven lessons of the 
 basic course\, films and documents are available online for autodidactic u
 se. Participants are expected to work through the first two lessons indepe
 ndently beforehand (effort approx. 1-2 hours).\n\n\n\nLesson 1: Intro (Get
 ting Started)In general\, you will familiarize yourself with the operation
  of IDA ICE and simulate your first 1-zone model. It will be shown which s
 imulation types are available and what they can be used for.\nLesson 2: Ge
 o (Geometry)You will import a DWG file and create a multi-zone building. H
 andling the building volume\, inserting multiple windows and using resourc
 es are all part of this lesson.\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLesson 3: Power (Heating a
 nd Cooling Load)You will do a heating and cooling load calculation for mul
 tiple zones of a building. This is also an important aspect for most build
 ing projects. The procedure can usually replace the standard performance r
 equirement.\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLesson 4: IndClim (Comfort Analysis)You are do
 ing your initial investigation regarding indoor climate (or comfort) for a
  single zone. This is an important part of many certification systems like
  DGNB or Minergie.\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLesson 5: EnergyYou will run your first
  energy simulation for a multi-zone building. Energy simulations are requi
 red for all building projects to verify compliance with regulatory require
 ments. The building is imported via an IFC file.\n\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLesson 6:
  Daylight0 (Intro Daylight)You will do an initial daylight simulation for 
 a multi-zone building. You will learn how to use the Roof-editor.\nLesson 
 7: ResViz (Visualization)You will learn how to handle the inputs of a larg
 er simulation project more efficiently and how to check the quality of the
  inputs (e.g. through visualizations).\n\n\n\n&nbsp\;\nA 3-month trial lic
 ense of the full Expert version is included in the course! \n&nbsp\;\nCET
